Watch Out! Here Comes HNLU!

Well I'm sorry I don't have the story with the happy-ending to tell you guys. But I'd say our experiences in Bangalore, told us the choices we made were by no means wrong.
My team, found glory at HNLU. We, as a member of the Moot Court Society there commented "Swung the University!", beating Delhi University and GNLU in the prelims, and then GLC-Mumbai in the Quarter-Finals.
But the Semi-Finals saw us pitted against NALSAR in an intense battle, that ended with us being eliminated from the competition. The scores for that round were, 5-4. NALSAR went on to beat NUJS in the finals, and secured the funding offerred by ISRO.
So the point here, is that, we, mere 2nd year students, from a University everyone conveniently likes to write-off, have made it big there, with quite a few judges making flattering remarks of it's two mooters.
The results of other Moot Court competitions held during the past years also show a similar trend. The Runners-Up position at Louis M. Brown National Rounds, the 3rd place at Jessups North-Zone, another 3rd place at Amity and so on.
Hello! Where's the hopeless University some people were talkin' about?
So watch out! Here comes HNLU!

Sorry to burst your bubble...But truthfullyspeaking, I really dont see the reason for you to crow about HNLU's achievements so much...Coming 3rd for 2nd yrs in Manfred Lachs is defnitely praiseworthy, but nothing to get overboard about...Similarly coming 3rd in Jessup out of 12 teams...and 3rd and 4th in the rest doesnt prove that HNLU's rocking...To prove that u'll have to WIN...In 2001, "mere 2nd yr students" of NUJS had "won" more than 10 moots including respresting India in Jessup In'tls, Bar Council, KLA, Afro-Asian, Henry Durant, SILT..U name it...Same achievements also go to NLS and to an extent NALSAR...So it is my suggestion that to prove yourself you guys have to win, coz in this world, whoever doesnt win are "losers"...This is by no means to discourage your commendable performance...Just to bring you to reality,so that you shouldnt wallow in self-glory in such achievements...Aim for the top, kick NLS' ass..and then we'll know HNLU is truly rockin'.

Best,

Your points are well taken. HNLUites are not ones to rest on their laurels or minor successes. My post meant to convey the optimism I feel about HNLU. I mean we've really beaten the odds. Winning is just the few steps away. I'm dead sure, I'll soon have a post on a win by HNLU. Till then... Hail Hidayatullah!!!

By the way, may I know who this is?
